Founder and Principal
Paradigm Realty Advisors, created in 2004, was created to provide clients a single contact for real estate and project management solutions, all while maintaining a principal to principal interaction without conflicts of interest.
Tracy received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in 1989 with a double major in Finance & Real Estate and subsequently received his Masters in Business Administration from Memphis State University (now the University of Memphis) in 1991 with a Real Estate specialization.
He is a long term supporter of Hope House Memphis, having served as President in 2009-2010 and 2015-2016, President Elect 2013-2014 and 2008-2009 and 2013-2014, Treasurer 2007-2008 and 2022-2023. He also serves on the Buckman board of The Boys & Girls Clubs of Memphis, and has served as Chairman in 2009 & 2019 & Chairman Elect in 2008 and 2018. He is a graduate of Leadership Germantown 2000 and served on Board of Directors 2002-2003 and 2005-2007.
Tracy is a devoted father to his daughter, Lawrence, attending the University of Oklahoma and son, Dudley, attending Memphis University School. The family has fostered over 46 rescue dogs and counting and has 2 dogs of their own: Daisy (pictured) and Millie.
